“Took this photo of a hard working young gentleman in 95 degree heat to show some friends of a younger generation the importance of hard work and customer service. Yes young lads, there are times when we all would rather be doing something else, but the hard working persevere. Visiting from NY and after 750 miles a tire was low. Brought it here on a recommendation and the tire was checked all over. Couldn't find any noticeable leaks or punctures so sent me on my way. Nowadays places will charge diagnostics and look at it fees but Wilson Tire did not. This is the least I can do for someone who I will likely never see again but are incredibly thankful for. BTW, that Buick is sweet.”

“We went into American Tire Depot to have our tires looked at and possibly rotated. We had been here before with low tires and needing screws pulled out and they were always friendly and attentive. The gentleman that helped us showed us how our tires read was very low and with winter coming we knew that wasn't good. He helped us get tires and we trusted his recommendations. Unfortunately after a few days and towing our trailer we realized something was wrong. We then went to the American Tire store in Menifee, Ca. They were extremely helpful. They talked to the guys at the Palmdale , Ca store and were able to find out the tires weren't right for our situation.They immediately changed the tires to the correct ones for us and only charged us an additional $37.”
