(ADVANCE Auto) I came in today looking for some grease for a trailer hitch and ball? There was 7 cars outside. One guy was leaving before, when I was coming in. There was a lady on the phone with a business call. I waited two-three minutes and not one soul came to assist. There was a semi on the side possibly being unloaded, but that doesn’t mean not to have any staff to cover for customers. I went to O’reilly’s they were pack busy. I was assisted quickly and on with my day.”

Not only have they told me every time without issue, they always seem to be able to fit me in and they always show up with great attitudes. “Front driver side collision repair done here including body work, suspension repair and paint. They use all OEM parts which is huge, looked brand new when completed. Couple things started popping up once the suspension repair settled which Austin said was possible and normal. They took it back and fixed it. 100% recommend them for any repair work, great experience, thanks tactical team!”
