They were upfront about the service they could provide, he threw in an extra treatment for free (typically ~90$) because he had the equipment with him in the truck and thought it would help, and did a detailed walkthrough afterwards explaining what he did and why certain things wouldn’t come out. I didn’t even notice the small spots he mentioned but I appreciate the honesty. He also suggested other services when I asked him about non-carpet cleaning questions and he seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. Super friendly and flexible, I will 100% use them again in the future, it’s such an easy choice.”

“Price is $3.25 for a small machine. A number of machines are out of order. There's no public restroom. Attendants know how to just stand by and let people do their thing. There's guest wifi. Soda and snack machines. You can also use a debit card on the machines but there is a surcharge for doing it this way. When using card on a dryer, you are essentially purchasing $5 and each time you swipe the card you authorize the use of a quarter from that pool. Pretty nice if you aren't in a rush.”

“Honestly I've gone twice in one week and everything has gone great. They are open later than the other cleaners which is perfect for someone who doesn't get home at 5pm and their turn around time is amazing. Their prices are also the cheapest in the island, Now I've read the reviews from 4-8 years ago and I will take them into consideration but today, they are getting a 5 star review from me. I have another order I have to pick up from them in the morning.”
