“I had a bad experience today when I went to pick up my wash n fold clothes due to wrinkles and hanging clothes on the wrong hangers and I posted a bad review. Not even 10 minutes after I posted it the owner called me…WWWOOOOWWW!!! She is really passionate for her family business/legacy and I understand that it wasn’t her fault at all but she insisted that it was her fault and that she is the face for the business and took full responsibility which I LOVED unlike most owners would point the finger/make an excuse. She even offered to drive to my house to pick the clothes and do it properly. I was blown away that on a SUNDAY the owner would stop her afternoon/evening to do all of this. I told her that I don’t live far away and I can stop by and drop them off to you. I WILL DEFINITELY TELL MY FAMILY/FRIENDS WHAT SHE DID FOR ME AND I WILL ONLY USE SEA ISLAND SUDS. P.S. As I was typing this I just got a notification from my Venmo app that she even REFUNDED me the whole total including the $20 tip I gave them upfront.”

“Tried KB drycleaning for first time and they did a wonderful job. Brought a males sports jacket it and forgot to tell them about two stains. When I picked it up, the stains were not there and the jacket was perfect for only $9.75 and only $9.26 since I paid cash. There is ample parking and even a drive up if you're that lazy!! The staff is very nice and respectful and the premises are clean and tidy.”

“Although Lyerlys mistakenly didn’t return my shirt what they did do was made it right by refunding me my money for their services. People make mistakes but them making it right is what counts. I’d return here and recommend them as an establishment.”

“I picked up my dry cleaning a few weeks ago and a very expensive sport coat had several runs in the material. I don't know if it was damaged before it went in for dry cleaning, or if the damage was during the process. I spoke with the owner and he asked me to bring it in. Much to my surprise, the sport coat was repaired like new. The owner was friendly, helpful and accommodating, which seems to be more rare these days. I go out of my way to use Coastal Carolina Cleaners, because of their reputation for being gentle on expensive fabrics. Based on their help with this most recent situation, they are someone who I will trust for the foreseeable future with all of my dry cleaning need. Thank you Patrick. You exceeded my expectations!!!!!!”
