I recently had my 2019 Toyota Camry serviced here for an electrical issue and even amidst a part shortage issue the level of transparency and fidelity you’d expect as a customer NEVER wavered. Car issues can be a nightmare to deal with but Japanese Import Pros’ business practices and service approval portal streamline that process. 10/10 would recommend”

“Andrew saved me today. I was backing up the car with my drivers door open and not paying attention and hit a tree, therefore putting my car door out of alignment and it would not close. I was in a panic and talked to Andrew and within an hour it was fixed and I could be back on the road to my home state of North Carolina, I highly recommend them!!!! They were all so nice and professional! Call them before you call anyone else!”
“We were on vacation at Seabrook and one of the cars we drove down developed a water pump issue and needed replaced! We called up Fipps and they were able to get the car in and get it done with a new water pump and serpentine belt and they didn't take us to the cleaners!!! Oral was spectacular, and the hospitality there was top notch!!! The turn around time on the repair was phenomenal!!! Thank you so very much from the girls from Indiana and Ohio!!! If you need a fix...they can remedy the solution in a jiffy!!!”
