“My wife and I purchased 8 arborvitae trees for our backyard. The gentleman out in the tree area was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on arborvitae for our situation. B.B. Barns did the install. Mike J. was the installer (with no help) and crushed it. He helped us decide on placement, based on future size of the trees, and to avoid the irrigation system, then he got to work. Digging out 8 holes for 8 trees is no joke. Mike worked his butt off and did a terrific job. Super happy with the finished product and with the opportunity to meet Mike J!”
“I hired these guys to put in a driveway to cut down on all the red clay I was tracking into the house. Bryson suggested using millings and that was a great choice. He also made several positive suggestions regarding grading and drainage. They showed up on time and finished the project when promised. The price was fair and the wok exceeded my expectations. “I stopped by the Lexington Tractor Supply Co. on Sunset Boulevard yesterday afternoon after a long day of appointments and running errands. I drove by the store forgetting to stop in and ended up turning around to go back since we were out of bird seed and duck feed. Over the years, I have always been impressed with the outstanding customer service provided at this location, but yesterday both Kayli and Cassie outdid themselves. Separately, they both offered suggestions enabling me to make better purchasing decisions. Thanks to great employees like Kayli and Cassie, it is a joy to shop in this store and I will continue to return to this location. I told Kayli and Cassie they had made my day. “I always find it interesting to read others reviews before I post my experience. I was very surprised by the low reviews based on my rental. However many of the 1 and 2 stars are from years ago, so perhaps Home Depot heard your cries for help and improved. We rented a large jack hammer to deal with some very stubborn rock (from hell since even the excavator we rented [from a machine rental company] was not doing the job). From my 1st phone call to the return process, these young ladies were great and very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They were crazy busy from the moment I walked into the store with pick ups, drop offs, phone calls, walk ups asking questions, helping load (yes these ladies were loading equipment, too), they really were very patient super stars, especially now during covid and all the extra that extra work it entails. I can definitely say my experience at HD tool rental department were definitely 5 stars.”

“Hi I recently placed a in store order that is $1,623 , the service person that helped me said I could get pro status and discounts for being a pro. When she submitted for the pro status it was rejected. I was told the amount to be a pro is $1,500 so I bought a nail gun to make sure I was more than that amount. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot each year so I should qualify just from past purchases. Please explain why I was rejected. Thanks SteveMartin”

At Brabham's Nursery I met Donna who was extremely helpful and kind. She has a great assortment of cool season plants including things like beautifully mixed unique fall planters, snapdragons, trailing pansies, and veggies. She had my❤️ when she told me she grows everything organically.
I'm going to try turnips and a few lettuce varieties this fall. It's definitely worth a stop to browse. You won't be disappointed!”
