My girlfriend & I came in not knowing what to expect having not been fitted for shoes in 5+ years. Immediately upon entering, we met Pam, who was just such a delight. She scanned our feet and took our gait walking path to get the best information on what shoe styles and foot support would be best for our feet. She also took the time to make sure that every pair of shoes we tried, which was quite a lot, fit and felt great and we were getting exactly what we wanted, needed and was comfortable for us. 10/10 service and experience. 100% will be back.”

“I am writing to share my highly positive experience at the Red Wing store in Pineville, NC. After ordering a couple of pairs of shoes online and struggling to find the correct fit, I visited the store for assistance.
Upon entering, I was immediately welcomed by a team member named Stephanie. She was incredibly helpful and eager to assist me in finding the right fit and the best shoes for my needs. Stephanie had me use an imaging machine to analyze my gait and determine my exact foot size. She then presented the best options based on my requirements.
Additionally, Stephanie recommended the correct inserts to address the way I walk on the outside of my foot. Thanks to her guidance and the combination of the new shoes and inserts, my foot pain has significantly subsided.
I highly recommend visiting the Pineville, NC Red Wing store to explore their selection and get your feet scanned by their knowledgeable shoe experts.”

“My physical therapist recommended this store to me a few years ago, and they were so helpful and knowledgeable that when I needed to find shoes for my 16yo autistic daughter who toe-walks and has sensory issues, I went straight back to this store.
John and Margaret assisted us. They devoted a good bit of time and attention to understanding my daughter’s issues and needs. They then narrowed down the overwhelming field of choices to three and helped Harriet choose between them. It was a stellar experience, and Harriet is very happy with her purchase.

“Me and my girlfriend were behind the man that alleges that he was forced out at closing time, and I just wanted to clear up that from what we saw and heard, that was not the case. She was patient with him while he held up the line taking pictures of the boots he was purchasing and asked her multiple times for a 20% discount and she told him the best she could do was 10% if he got two pairs so that’s what he did. He then proceeded to take his bags and continue to look around the store at 7:10. He was never told to leave, and at one point, my girlfriend, who also speaks Spanish, politely told him that she thought they were closing. Our experience was great, and we will be back.”
