Gave poor advice for shoe recommendations and would not allow us to return the shoes because they were an older model. This was not specified when we purchased the shoes. Do not recommend

Gwen and everyone here are phenomenal. Very kind and curious. They educated me specifically on my needs as opposed to just trying to make a sale. Gwen got me “tailor fitted” to some quality running shoes and I’m eager to try them out. 5/5 from me and Gwen specifically!

Amazing experience. Brad was terrific and took his time. He made sure I felt comfortable and shared his expertise in helping me find a running shoe! The customer service is 10/10.
