2143 Manna Ct, Rock Hill“PLEASE PLEASE, if you need VERIZON, GO TO THIS location and NOT the location on Cherry Road. The location on Cherry road is a third party provider of cell phones and wireless tech. They are authorized by the companies but their knowledge, service, and support is sub par compared to the actual Verizon store. Save yourself time and go to the real deal.
I came in to buy a phone last week after qualifying for an upgrade. There were deals on Samsung S24's, but when I expressed to the salesman that the monthly cost was my issue even though I needed a reliable quality phone for work. Realizing I was asking for quality at a discount, I know it was a big ask. The salesman took that into account and was able to review various deals to get me a Google Pixel 8 for a small monthly payment of $2 after a $28 a month credit from Verizon after we upgraded/transferred our then existent version of our unlimited wireless plan to the newer equivalent. They listened to my feedback and provided.
The salesman helped me set up the phone and notified us of other perks we qualified for (the Netflix Bundle and the Disney Bundle). Already subscriptions we had, we were able to link our accounts to our Verizon bill and saved over $12 a month on our subscriptions.
All in all, the experience took no longer that 30-45 minutes. Knowledgeable, efficient, and beyond helpful with the advice and saving us money/finding a plan, phone, and perks that worked for us. Can't recommend this location more!”

The Service is very fast and reliable and I am 100% satisfied and confident that this service is just what's needed for WFH.4 months update - have not had a single outage since the installation. Connection is rock solid. Giant files download and upload quickly. i hardly think about my internet service now. Spectrum would go out periodically and i would have to go elsewhere to work at those times. My neighbor came to me the other day to check in about my satisfaction with openfiber/ripple and i gave it a thumbs up. I wish there were more than five stars in google ratings.”

“The 1 star reviews are odd. I had really great, fast Internet speeds with Comporium with maybe 1 or 2 small outages during the 4 years I had it. Even walking in the store to return equipment and cancel service was quick and painless; the woman at the counter was nice (I cancelled because I was moving out of FM). My only major "complaints" are that the prices kept going up and I had to pay extra for a static IP in order to get NAT type 2 with my PlayStation.”
