“AMAZING SERVICE!! (12/21/23) My daughter was driving north on I-95 headed to VA & hit a big pot-hole causing her to pull over to check for damage. Small cosmetic bumper damage but she "noticed" a ticking sound emitting from the front of the car ... after calling me & us checking her fluids + dashboard for lights, we decided we needed to have it reviewed by an auto mechanic in order to make a "good decision." The 3 local Chevy Dealers couldn't accommodate "today" & the earliest available was Wed, 12/28/23 - 7 days away!I found Palmetto online & noticed they had some really good ratings w/ solid reviews. I called & asked if they could help a "dad" out w/ a daughter sorta stuck at the stateline ... not only did they say to come in (w/ less than 2 hours to close), they immediately looked it over.Mechanic or Owner called me about 20 mins later & said he thoroughly reviewed the engine, oil pan & other lines beneath the car - found no structural or mechanical damage. The ticking turned out to be the bumper assembly ... some temp body screws & we were good-to-go!Here's the best part - they told me they weren't going to charge me ANYTHING & wished me a MERRY CHRISTMAS!! MIND BLOWN!!! I insisted they write up a diagnostic invoice for $100 bucks & at least let me put some cash in his pocket!!WHO DOES THIS ANYMORE - WOW!! Wish I lived closer .... these would be my "Go-To-Mechanic" for sure!!”

“Dont let appearances discourage you.. Miss Willy Mae is a sweetheart. "Shorty" is their lead mechanic. A literal short Spanish speaking guy that is a giant of a proud man and a genius with vehicles. You will not beat their price anywhere. They have a very very large scrap yard of all types of vehicles to pull used parts and in great shape in my experience. They pretty much restored my entire truck and I would have never been able to do it without them.”

Told us to come in first thing Monday morning and we did and he had us out of there in less than an hour complete. He eased our mind on what was goi g on and the charge was very fair. “I had heard good things about Franklin's from neighbors and friends. I stopped in because of a tire with a slow leak. I was greeted pleasantly by the young lady in the office. I waited about 10 minutes and was told they could check my tire. The technician found the problem quickly and repaired it just as fast. I was out within 15 minutes. I was impressed with their clean shop and good attitude. I'm sure I'll be back if I have tire issues or if i need vehicle repairs. I'd highly recommend their shop.”
“Overall, the service writer and GM at HH Porsche were very nice, accommodating and good to work with. Majority of my service was completed to my expectations and satisfaction. I am still troubled with one issue that remains unresolved. It surprises me that with all the technical horsepower at Porsche international available to my local Porsche dealership that they can't diagnose my seat belt intermittent fault and I need to wait for it to fail completely before they can fix it. What happened to the industry that we don't seem to have the skills or craftmanship at the technician level to diagnose and solve these tougher issues?”
