“We are from PA traveling to FL and had truck issues. We needed fuel and water filters for our diesel truck, went to autozone and they looked at us like we had 2 heads lol. But went to this store and the guy went above and beyond to try and get us the right filters. Unfortunately we didn't get his name but he was awesome and very helpful!”
“The business hours are convenient. Other parts stores in town are closed on weekends but not these guys. Only issue I have ever experienced is when looking up parts, there always seems to be a problem locating them physically. I’ve gotten the wrong parts several times and there was a time when they only had one c-clamp and they refused to sell it to me because the barcode sticker was missing. I had to talk the salesperson through the logical steps of how to let me buy the part. Look it up online and ring it up that way.”

“New car experience after a lemon in the past (not from the same dealership, though). I had the BEST low pressure salesman, Hunter Eldridge, who was helpful (during and after the sale), knowledgeable, friendly and professional. As far as the buying process goes, it was pretty reasonably timed and "easy". I really appreciated his thoroughness, true concern for my time, follow up, etc. He's an A+ salesman who is a rare jewel! Ask for him. Aside from that experience, I also had a minor issue (which I could've let slide but didn't)--no fault of his or Hyundai really--which he came in for on his day off. The follow up to this issue was even more outstandingly served by his teammate/salesman, Adrian Elizondo. They both went well beyond their job description to help me out! I applaud their work ethics and the hiring process at this dealership!”
