“Was given the veteran discount but would have appreciated the additional $8 discount on the oil change for being a preferred customer. Also, the powersteering unit that had been replaced went bad shortly after it was installed. It was replaced again at Brockman. This Kia car needs KIA replacements. Managers at this Jiffy Lube keep changing so I didn't bother doing anything about the charge. I am aware that the service doesn't regularly do a big job like I had done and it probably was installed correctly - just the wrong one for this car. The guys have always been courteous and efficient.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to explain my situation. I will keep returning to Jiffy.

“After much research and reading alot of reviews I decided to go with this place.
They stay very busy and for a good reason which is they do great work.
They have good prices on their repair work which isn't the cheapest as in not backyard shade tree mechanic prices but then again this is also not backyard shade tree quality work either.
Not that there's anything wrong with that and there are some excellent mechanics that don't have a shop to work from and that's ok and if you know one then that's a great option but the other side of things are if you're looking for a reputable business and good quality work from a professional quality auto repair center then this is it.
The repair costs are very fair and competitive and about half what you'd expect to pay from a dealership and much faster turn around time.
This place is a 10 out of a 10.”

“I stopped at S&S at my neighbor’s recommendation when my check engine light came on with a bunch of other lights illuminating on my dash. I didn’t have an appointment but they said if I could leave it for a few hours they could check it. It took about 4 hours & I waited there, although they offered to drive me home. They went through everything thoroughly and test drove it. Apparently the gas cap had gotten left off & tripped all the sensors. The charges for checking it out were so reasonable-much less than what I was expecting!! So thankful to find such honesty and thoroughness!!”

“I highly recommend this shop. The owner Mr. Shelby is a kind, generous man. I was referred to this place by a coworker. I drove there to get a possible estimate on my door handle that stopped working. The owner took a look at it and proceeded to fix it at no charge. The dealership wanted to charge me $270 just to "diagnose" the problem. I was blown away at the owners kindness. I know the business can't possibly fix everyone's vehicle issues for free, but this 62 year old lady is very appreciative.”

“Brought in my 2001 Dodge Dakota that had aftermarket dual exhaust pipes installed many years ago. They were loud, rusty, and falling apart. Hawk removed the old pipes, fabricated and installed the original single exhaust. It runs smoother and much more quiet. All at a great price and under an hour! Thank you!”

“I met the GTM family 9 years ago when I began my search for the perfect (for me) Ferrari F430 Berlinetta and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I'm "almost" a perfectionist when it comes to my cars and they are the ONLY folks I trust my beloved Ferrari to. They know my idiosyncrasies related to my car and they respect them.They care for my car as if it was their own. Each and every member of their team is exceptional. They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They never rush, they don't play 'beat the clock' like so many shops, they are there to provide the very best service, repair and restoration possible, in my opinion. Having a diploma in automobile engineering after spending 4 years across the pond several decades ago I am by nature a very detail oriented person so they always take the time to explain in detail what and why they have done whatever they did and I greatly appreciate and enjoy those experiences because it is a learning experience for me about Ferrari design and engineering.They are all like family to me. And co-owner Gregory is one of the kindest, most caring, helpful, knowledgeable and experienced true gentlemen I have ever known. My gratitude to the entire GTM team, in my opinion...the very best!”

I have purchased many cars over my years and Hailey - by far - was the best. She was attentive, answered my questions professionally and with detail, like she truly cared, and I think she does. She took SO much time with my indesisiveness (sp) and simply rolled with it while I tried to make up my mind over 2 vehicles, both Tellurides but different models. When I finally decided, I texted her and she said come on down. It was 7pm. She and the finance department stayed until the deal was complete - 10:15pm, because we like to talk. “Aaron replaced a starter for me in my 2003 Sequoia. A little over a month later the part failed (Not to his fault) that he installed. He then was able to get a new part for free and after replacing the part again (post hurricane Helene) he was able to get me a refund on half of the labor costs. I'm really thankful for honest people in this line of work. Two things you want from a mechanic are that they do good work and they are honest people. I have found both of those things from this shop.”
