“I dont use extra space storage but I would like to applaud the customer service. Tim is awesome, he helped me out with a misunderstanding even though I was a bit hot headed. He calmed me down and helped me sort the situation out. Will definitely recommend this storage facility, and possibly become a customer in the future.”

“I came to this location to get storage but the size I wanted was not available. Niki was able to rent me a unit at the location around the corner for the size I needed and gave instructions on how to enter the gate and get to my storage unit, which helped me out a lot since I was running late for an appointment. She provided excellent and efficient customer service!”

Most of all it is staffed with a real person and not with someone on a video chat like some other storage places. The staff are freindly and willing to help with your moving needs and have supplies if needed.”
