Hate to be an old Fuddy-Duffy, but the branch manager of the Tanner Road branch is the most unprofessional looking employee that I have ever seen. He had on jeans that looked as though he had changed the oil in his car. He does not convey any amount of confidence. The two ladies working that day were perfectly appropriate.... read full comment

I absolutely love the seamless process in regard to opening a new CD. I was able to do it all online and didn't take too long at all. Thomara Mosely was very knowledgeable about the product which helped someone like me who was not well versed in this product clearly understand it. Thank you!
