I was told it would be an hour for a walk in oil change. 2 hours later I was able to leave! Definitely making appointments from now on!! Of, last appointment I had, I still waited almost 2 hours as NY Jeep was not put in the correct rotation and walk ins were in and out long before me!!

Great people at the service center. They give me an accurate estimate of what it's going to cost and the time it's going to take to complete the job. No low balling and then bump up the invoice when you pick up your vehicle. I like that in a company.
