“This has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. As soon as I stepped on the lot I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming attitude. They showed me a bunch of cars in my budget and let me test drive them. The car buying process was easy as pie. Chad handled everything. Amazing and professional. “Stokes Hodges will see us again. First of all, I arrived to my appointment late. Please accept my dearest apologies. When I got there, I was under the impression that it wouldn’t take long at all so I wasn’t prepared nor had I thought about a ride. I’ve had my car for about two weeks and I was just wanting to get a tuneup and also run a diagnostic to make sure that everything is good. Adam, let me know that it would be about 3 to 4 hours. I gave him my keys, and when he got in the car and moved it up so that it would be next in line. He came over to me and asked, how much time do you guys have? Apparently, the previous owners had never done the recalls on that vehicle. Six recalls a tuneup and a diagnostic was done on my car. I am very pleased with the work and the speediness of the repairs. I love the fact that they gave us a ride to my mother-in-law‘s house so we didn’t have to sit there and wait for everything to be done. thank you again❣️❣️”
