“After a pipe in the road damaged my radiator, ac condenser and fan assembly I had my car towed to CBA. Bill was absolutely the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. GEICO was giving me a hard time about the amount they were going to cover , quoting part prices that were out of stock and only paying 85$ hour labor rate , less than the state average of 122$. After talking with Bill and telling GEICO what we talked about, they went from only covering 1200.00 of 3k repairs to 2300.00. Thanks Bill and CBA for the Honest prices, excellent work and service”

“My Suburban was hit for the second time in 6 months. I wasn't happy with the previous repairs, so I tried Classic Collision for the first time. For someone who loves their vehicle, takes pride in it, and knows a little automotive. Classic Collision was spot on! Their service of the vehicle and time was spot on. Their customer care was superb! I was actually in the hospital having major life-saving surgery when it needed to get picked up, or it'd cost more with rental and storage. Mike Hones was like "sir you worry about your health, and if you can send someone else, great." If not, when you can pick it up, and we'll take care of it. The very professional mechanic (Jeff) never tried to pressure me into buying more things but showed me what I will be needing in the near future, no pressure. I appreciated his thorough inspection of my car, he even found a few things that he took care of at no cost.
The receptionist (not sure of her title, sorry) Stacey was also very professional as well as helpful and made me feel that I had made the RIGHT choice using this location. Professional++

“I've been coming here for years anytime I have any kind of issue with my tires. They are always very nice to me, and they never try to take advantage. If it's possible to patch it, they'll patch it. They won't talk me into something I don't need. They charge very reasonable prices for all of their services and are really the only reason this single mom has been able to keep her cars roadworthy. Bonus is that the wait time is usually low too, in and out. Best place in town. Thanks guys.”
