The manager takes time to sit down and talk with you and help you solve your problem. She do not do it rushing and she show you how you can do it step by step in the future if it's a problem on my side and I was asking for help to solve it. She also informed me of some of the programs that the bank has that could help me that I didn't know about. The Tellers always have a smile on their face and have a short conversation with you about the weather or how is your day etc. Before leaving they always ask you is there anything else I can help with you today.”

He goes beyond measures to help the customers, I was told one day from another employer there that they didn't do a certain transaction but to my surprise Austin was able to do the same exact transaction. I would never tell my clients I couldn't do anything that I really wasn't aware of or how to do it. Thank you Austin for being a great team player as well. “Louis is the king. You want something to get done? and done properly? and probably super fast? Go here, ignore the other branches that told me the second I walked in before I even spoke, that they “can’t do anything with this…” (UNITED STATES TREASURY CHECK - yeah I know, super complicated right?), and just make the drive to come here to Louis’ branch. He is a teller. He will get it done. After THREE BRANCHES, I walked in and he got in done in literally less than 45 seconds (not an embellished number). So if management is reading this, pay him lots more money. Also I will purposefully make the trip alllllll the way to woodruff just to do whatever I need, because your boy Louis is there, and out of 8 different people (literal number) between the other branches, I like getting stuff accomplished in a timely manner.”
