We couldn't figure it out but Cory decided to just swap it out for a new one, but he didn't have any in the color I wanted left so he helped me out with getting it from another location and even called ahead to let them know. They value you as a customer & their service is top notch. My experiences with them as a customer & vendor over the years has been unequivocally positive. They are not just people I do business with. They have become like extended family. If you are a retailer & not buying from Europa you are not optimizing your business with regards to SKU availability & pricing. End of story. “I am a newby to the state with no family here and this was my first visit to this GNC. My day was not going so well when I entered this location and the store clerk Nick was of great assistance. I was going to pick up a few things from several stores in this shopping complex with GNC being one of them.
Unfortunately when I 1st arrived, after parking, I had managed to lock my car keys, purse, and cell phone on the front seat in my car.
I could not find security or a police officer to assist so I went into Target & Sally Beauty Supply to seek assistance without success, and last tried GNC. Well Nick was very inviting upon store entry & I explained my situation to him. Nick was able to assist me with finding a locksmith & was very kind, attentive, answering all my questions thoroughly about a few products while I waited for car assistance to arrive. I also appreciate Nick offering to let me use his cellphone and answering the call from the locksmith when they arrived.
After a successful entry into my car I was able to go back to GNC to make my purchase and thank Nick for his assistance. Nick helped turn a frustrating day into a very good one and I am very appreciative. All around top notch service. Thanks again Nick, I really appreciate your kindness and assistance!”
