We actually went without it for a couple months and will never do that again! He’s a much better dog now and I’m sure it will be beneficial to him in other ways as he nears his 11th birthday. “Generally a very lovely establishment but I feel a serious mistake was made on my last visit. Thankfully, it did not affect me negatively, but I believe it could have been dangerous for someone else. I ordered a vape with Delta-8 THC in it. I’ve used it before, it’s a good chemical. When I got to the store to pick it up, it was not actually in stock. It happens, it’s fine. I was offered a replacement at the same price, also good. The replacement actually functions well too. However, I was told it would be similar to the product I had actually ordered. It is not. I did not look at the box until I left the store, but the chemicals in the vape I got were much stronger than Delta-8 THC. I know my stuff so all I had to do was be extra careful with dosing, but if someone is less knowledgeable, especially an older person who never used recreationally looking for help with pain, this mistake could have hurt them. Although in my opinion this mistake is pretty big, my opinion of the store has not soured, and I will be coming back again. I’ve shopped here for a long time and it’s been mostly smooth sailing. If the employees were more educated about the products my review would easily be 5 stars.”

At the end of the day you can go to other places but what keeps me coming back is the Loyalty for the next 10 to 15 20 years. If you want to go to a cheap place go on but you know what for someone that rolls everyday two times a day take it from me you need to come here to Crowntown First Class establishment.”

Staff always willing, helpful and informative. Owner is the BEST!!! I've followed them for (3) of their moves as they have outgrown each location. They are diligent in supporting the community. Never any issues, and if you have read any it's because those people have the issue, or are sensitive towards one thing or another. “I had recently bought a brand new box mod from this location and the coil it came with was beyond amazing. Lasted over 1k hits, but for some reason when I changed the coil to a new one I had purchased, It started giving a really bad burned/metallic taste almost immediately. I went in to see what was going on with it and they worked with me to run some tests on it and see what the issue was. We couldn't figure it out but Cory decided to just swap it out for a new one, but he didn't have any in the color I wanted left so he helped me out with getting it from another location and even called ahead to let them know. Absolutely phenomenal customer service with them. Thank you guys for helping me out and making sure everything was perfect through the whole thing!”

“I'll start by saying everyone was very nice but the lady at the front highly recommended the protein pop tarts. I mean HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... I'm a big pop tart guy so I bought a few and let me tell you it was awful. Not one but all four flavors taste like a good mix of chalk and cardboard with a little bit of icing.
