“Friendly service at the CBD shop. Mrs. K. and I stopped in so that she could refill some of the Delta 8 that she uses. The young lady working today was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the products for sale, the other man working not so much. The specific brand she prefers is not for sale in this store but the recommended replacement worked out well. A little slow as they had a customer ahead of us who needed a LOT of help. “Chapel Village shop is the coolest and most convenient tobacco shop I have been to in CLT. The staff is truly knowledgeable of all products and any product you will need will be available. The store is very clean and very organized to the point where everything is easy to locate. I am a big fan of incenses and they have a vast collection. The manager did very well with hiring as Melody and the other crew are the best. Highly recommended !!!!!”

“I had recently bought a brand new box mod from this location and the coil it came with was beyond amazing. Lasted over 1k hits, but for some reason when I changed the coil to a new one I had purchased, It started giving a really bad burned/metallic taste almost immediately. I went in to see what was going on with it and they worked with me to run some tests on it and see what the issue was. We couldn't figure it out but Cory decided to just swap it out for a new one, but he didn't have any in the color I wanted left so he helped me out with getting it from another location and even called ahead to let them know. Absolutely phenomenal customer service with them. Thank you guys for helping me out and making sure everything was perfect through the whole thing!”
