“Shout out to Freeman's Body Shop. I was having difficulty with my GPS, so I called the business for directions. After receiving excellent directions, I drove to their location. The estimate for repairs was affordable and I scheduled a day to drop off my car. I was told it could be 3-5 days for the repairs and painting a replacement panel. I was notified that I could pick up my car on the 3rd day, which saved 2 days of car rental charges. My car looks amazing. The two individuals I dealt with were knowledgeable and so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this business to family and friends. Pat Zippay”
“I brought my car to Vi tage from 3 hours away on a trailer, and it was absolutely worth it. It needed a lot of work so it took several months, but when I picked it up I drove all the way back home without the first problem (actually it ran much better than before it broke down). “It is probably never a good time to be looking for a collision repair center, accidents are stressful times for everyone. I have been really impressed with the service here, everyone was friendly and helpful and they let me know up front that my car was not likely to be worth repairing before doing and significant inspections and racking up charges for me, which I have seen happen at other shops. Chip especially was very understanding and helpful. I hope I don't get into any more accidents, but if I do I will be coming to metrolina for sure!”
