He outlined his cost upfront which was beneficial because I was well notified that there would be additional cost which was not far off from original quote. “10/10 would recommend! I chose Burns Auto Body & Paint from a list of body shops approved through Allstate Insurance. Initially the choice was a "crapshoot" and really, I was just hoping for the best. However, it turned out to be THE BEST service experiences I've had in a very, very long time. The level of competency, professionalism, positive attitude and communication was so above bar it truly blew me away. I felt so well taken care of and valued as a customer. Other auto body shop businesses (ex. Hendrick, Gerber & Caliber shops) should take note: go "old school" and emulate Burns approach. Treat your customers honestly, be up front, be accessible for any questions or concerns they may have and keep your word! Will be referring/recommending Burns Auto Body & Paint.Burns had my beloved 2020 Audi A7 towed there following an unfortunate sideswipe, which also impacted my front end. From start to finish (and beyond), Burns provided first-rate service and great attention to detail. The Alan and Burns team kept me informed as repairs were underway, including updates on arriving parts, completion timeline, etc. When my car was ready for pickup, everything operated flawlessly, and looked as squeaky-clean as the day I bought it. “Bill Capel and associates aim to please. They painted our 2012 Toyota Camry. After receiving a call for pick up , I noticed a couple places in the paint that needed to be corrected. We grabbed Bill , Vince and they agreed that the areas of concern needed to be addressed. Paint color was off as well. They asked to keep the car and correct the issues. When we went back to pick the car up , it was perfect. I thank them for being so professional and taking pride in their finished work. They were all easy to work with. I highly recommend. “The wash does good,, the vacuums are not very strong on certain stations. I believe they could add a rag station too so you could finish off the rims or exhaust tips”
