This not a review of Florence store because they deserve a 5 always outstanding. But on shipping. I brought a pair shoes which I had to order but was never shipped. A shipping label was created but item was never shipped. How does that even happen. Needless to say I will never purchase online from snipes again.

Don’t never think about calling these guys before traveling to get a pair of sneakers.They will not answer the phone . I tried a couple of days due to I live too far to take the drive to find out they don’t carry the style I’m looking for .
