“As of April 2021. Due to Covid the hours are strange. Call the number to verify hours. Hidden gem in downtown Florence SC. The costumer service is the greatest!!! I told them what I was looking for and they gave me a guided tour of the store. I went looking for vintage lingerie slips and bought several. The store is small so they don't have a lot of items but they do have a wide variety. A little bit, of everything. I seen items here I never seen anywhere else.”

“The GM and night worker were very kind and helpful! It was close to closing time, and we weren't rushed at all that we were over the 9pm . The GM was very knowledgeable about the fragrance we inauires about and was very personable. The night woker was helpful in helping me find a bargain on the clearance rack in my size. “This is my absolute favorite clothing boutique in all of Florence. The owner, Anne, is the nicest and sweetest person I have ever met. Like she is a genuine person who cares about her customers. I would recommend this store to anybody. I first met her when I had started my career and she helped me build my wardrobe and at that point I had to do it piece by piece. She doesn't judge anyone The way Cynthia's does if you come in not dressed like you own a Mercedes or something. She is nice to everyone. The owner was pleasant and more than helpful as she assisted me in finding a dress for a wedding I’ve been stressing over. As a WOC, who also has social anxieties, I am often feel anxious to walk into upscale boutiques for fear of racial profiling. This was not an issue at all at Mosaic and I was made to feel welcome from the very first step into the store. Will definitely be back for my other event shopping needs.”

She kindly let me know I may need to go up or down in certain styles, explained everything so nicely.
