“The ppl are really nice here. As you approach from highway 52, the entrance is the first driveway, which takes you to the gate. I arrived at 0430 and the gate was closed, but after waiting for 15 minutes, a local driver pulled up and knew the gate code. My appt was between 0800 and 1700 hrs, but at 0545 they came and woke me up, backed me into a door and started unloading. Advice; when you are loaded at your shipper, place straps on the tail end on your trailer. If possible, do that throughout your trailer every few pallets. The shipper loaded my trailer from front to back and top to bottom and used shrink wrap to secure it on the pallets. Needless to say, many of the pallets were broken from the ride and the shrink wrap could not support boxes stacked that high. Took a little more than 2hrs to get unloaded because of that. If I'm not mistaken, if you pass the building and go towards the end, there is another lot where they drop trailers. You can park there off to the side nearest the trailers, should you arrive well before your appt time.”
