When I called for an update on repairs for my truck they promptly explained that they ordered the part but it would take a few days to arrive. They called me when the part came in, I brought my truck back and they did the repairs with no hassle.”

“The visit wasn’t for me personally. The service tech was great and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The main problem was first locating a phone number. When called it was like a call center, I helped my mother make an appointment at nearby location and was told tires would be delivered to the store. Once arriving at the location, the you man said nothing was delivered and no appointment was made. Any who, the young man checked for tires in the back and we were in luck. Car was done in about 1.5 hours with 4 new tires. Only two issues; tire cost and call system.”

Mr. Mike Ardis is a man of his word for sure, told me he would get me approved and I was approved within an hour. Will definitely be back for any other car needs and i recommend them to anyone having a hard time.”

“I’ve never had a better experience with any car place! I broke down 15 minutes from Pooser’s as I was driving to Alabama. I spoke to the owner and he had his tow truck picking us up within 20 minutes of calling them! We had kind of a tedious problem, but they worked to figure out a solution that prevented us from having to get the car towed 45 minutes to a dealership. They worked so promptly and efficiently. They truly care about getting the customer the best quality help. I was so impressed and would recommend Pooser’s to anyone. Every staff member we spoke to was so kind and helpful. If I lived near here, I would never take my car anywhere else!”
“If you need alignment or anything, go here. They truly do a real job, and care about what they do. Drove my car to see what it was doing, done the work, drove it again to make sure it was fixed. You don't get that many places. Not saying any names but I took it somewhere else before and they put it straight on the rack, no test drive, not anything, and talked me out of getting it done. Glad I went on to Odom's.”

I always start here and will continue to start here. “This auto repair shop saved our day, my alternator broke in the middle of the trip going home from Tampa to Charlotte and we have a 5 months old baby, it’s gonna be hard for us to stay overnight. The owner decided to fix our car even though they’re about to close, and so I thought it will cost me a lot of money because of the situation, the pricing is quite reasonable, the labor cost me around 200 and the alternator is around 300, I really appreciate the help, no hidden and extra charges. This gentleman are for real, they fix the car without asking for extra.”
“Christopher helped us when we got a flat tire on our way to Florida for our honeymoon when Walmart were out of patches! He recommended a plug vs a patch as it lasts longer! “My car malfunctioned Saturday morning. I was coming from Charleston, SC to Hickory, NC due to my sister being unexpectedly placed in hospice. I was 2 hours into my 4 hour trip and pulled into Firestone an emotional wreck due to my sisters condition and having small children with me. Anita and another mechanic assisted me with so much grace and provided great service. They gave popsicles to the children and had my service completed in 2 hours. I was appreciative of that alone, but then I received a call a few hours later from Anita. She called to ensure I had arrived to my destination and said she was going to pray for my family. I couldn’t ask for better service.”
