“I’ve never had a better experience with any car place! I broke down 15 minutes from Pooser’s as I was driving to Alabama. I spoke to the owner and he had his tow truck picking us up within 20 minutes of calling them! We had kind of a tedious problem, but they worked to figure out a solution that prevented us from having to get the car towed 45 minutes to a dealership. They worked so promptly and efficiently. They truly care about getting the customer the best quality help. I was so impressed and would recommend Pooser’s to anyone. Every staff member we spoke to was so kind and helpful. If I lived near here, I would never take my car anywhere else!”

“Scheduled an oil change for the next day and then ended up with flat (from a nail) but when I went to appt, Logan was great and they plugged the tire at the same time as my oil change! They also took a look at my moms tires. She had a blown out tire and only a donut to drive home in because she has bigger tires and no one had them in stock for same day. They made sure everything was safe for her drive. Thank you guys so much!”

“Top to bottom the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Most of the work was done via text, email, and phone because I live about 70 miles away from the dealership. The owner, Joseph Fairey, and my sales rep, Michelle Furne, were both more knowledgeable about the EV tax credit process than anybody locally, which is why I purchased from them. I was only at the dealership for about 90 minutes total. In fact, I made a cup of coffee and never had time to drink it because I never waited for anything. I will be giving them a chance to earn my business again when I need something for my boat.”

“Tim is the MAN. Above and beyond service on short notice. Went in for what i thought would be a simple wheel alignment. Ended up needing 2 tires and mr tim switched the front tires to the rear and essentially doing a tire rotation so that i could drive safely. Also mentioned my tire pressure valve and he checked all of them. Awesome guy and awesome work. Highly recommend the place for your vehicle needs.”

We went from having oil to it overheating and coolant and oil leaking so that we eventually had none. We managed to get off the highway. Go to the nearest parking lot - let it cool down and looked up GMC dealers and you were close. You took such GREAT care of the 6 of us and our dog! “I recently was in need of a tire repair on my 2017 jaguar. Not only did I have a flat tire, I had a cracked rim. Jay was able to weld my rim so the tire would hold air, he was able to remove my lug lock without damaging the wheel. He was so kind, even drove us to McDonald's s so we didn't have to sit in the hot sun while waiting. Customer service is still alive and well at Select Tire!!! His crew came to my hotel and filled the tire so I could get to the shop!!! What a wonderful shop and jay is truly one of a kind!!”
