Hey man Brian Rhett! Was a life saver. He worked hard to get my bill and new plan under control. I can appreciate a store that can calm me down and make insure me he was here to deal with the problem. It can't get any better than that....Good on you Verzion for hiring him.

Quincy Chirinos is without a bet the most admirable, earnest, hard-working—AND EFFECTIVE—customer service agent in history. This man should be running a company, not just serving it. He went so over the top in his service, I’m practically in tears. Dude is a GOAT.
