Kiana was fantastic!! She rescued us. We had a phone that no one at Verizon customer could get to activate and Kiana figured it out and made it work without us having to buy another phone or spend 4 more hours on the phone with Verizon customer service. We appreciate Kiana's awesomeness!!

Writing this review because I went in at 5:33 on a Sunday, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep my Samsung or switch to an iPhone (it's day 30) and the guy was very patient, helpful, and fair.This store definitely deserves a good rating from me.

I only buy my phones from this location. Most professional, helpful, and friendliest staff of any verizon store in Columbia and there is never a wait to be helped like other stores.
