Theres this one dude named Dylan that works there that is absolutely amazing! Since you are here, reading this review, you are most likely looking to see which verizon you should go to. And I, a not automated person that just visited the store am giving you a first hand account of my very recent visit. So at this point you have no reason to not go to this location. “As a “old school” senior citizen, I was fearful of an iPhone upgrade (mine was a 6); but I knew it was necessary. Maddy was so patient taking her time to show and explain all options to me, including Verizon services and pricing, while making sure I understood everything. I left with an iPhone 15 (with everything transferred from my old phone) and a more comprehensive data plan confident in my decision and in my knowledge of the new phone. It was the best retail experience I’ve had in a long time.”
“My family and I were greeted immediately upon walking into the AT&T store by Ken and what a great customer service experience to receive from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable when it came to having transfer the data but also presenting the best deal that would make sense for what I was trying accomplish as a customer. He was nice and patient with having to deal with the transfers of my device and my daughter’s at the same time. Then assisting my mom with her account questions as well.
