“I actually like the Garners Ferry location.. Not too busy, not suffocating and it's always clean.. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because employee's like Veronica picks and chooses who she enforce the rules on. On any given day someone is taking selfie, talking on the phone or training other people who dont work for PF.. She is forever telling someone to go to lobby to take calls when other senior citizens are on their phone on the machines and overlooking the cameras and training. I get you are allowed to have your own rules, but to pick and choose who you enforce the rules on is annoying especially when the other 30 rules posted others are breaking... Just be consistent or make some changes because the location is filled with military retired veterans who have calls coming for appts ect..”
“I went with one of my college clubs and it was great! The trainers were extremely encouraging and fixed form when they needed to. The cardio workout wasn't just cardio but also had strength in it as well. It was extremely fun yet challenging. I walked out feeling like I had done a great workout! Would definitely come back!”

I really enjoy the 24 hours access and the the workout app, so on crazy work days I still can go in late night and do a workout without having to think about it! The group classes are fun and certainly recommmended!”
“Not as crowded as it’s an older gym with focus on CrossFit. Ideal location for ACFT for small groups and it has a few toilets and showers though for someone who needs that.”

I was a few minutes late to the class due to an Uber issue where my ride got canceled. Although out of my control, as a CrossFit coach, that drives me nuts, and I really appreciated how well they handled it and let me drop in anyway. Got to chat with some people after and I thought the WOD was fun! I’d come back if I was in the area again.”

I also like the diversity of this gym. Although all of the trainers are excellent, Erica and Michael are my personal favorites. Erica and Michael are really motivating, and they constantly encourage me to complete a few more reps. I highly recommend joining.”
“This place is crazy big. This is the main gym for students at the University of South Carolina. There are both indoor and outdoor pools, beach volleyball, and all the workout equipment you could possibly need. The top floor is mostly treadmills and other cardio machines along with a track. The middle floor houses the main weight room and basketball courts. The lower level has the pool, additional lifting equipment, a rock wall, studios for classes, and squash courts. Because there are so many students it is usually pretty full, but early in the morning is typically a good time for avoiding crowds.”
