“I had the best experience here getting a rental car through Geico. The branch manager, Troy Lieberman went above and beyond average customer service. He was quick, efficient, friendly and accommodating. He took the time to talk to me and although there wasn’t a car readily available- it only took 20 minutes for them to get me one and on my way. It was one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions I’ve had in quite some time. All too often, I find young(er) people unable to be socially polite. “I had another snafu with my BMW X5, which has now entered that BMW space in the heavens. Total loss on June 8, 2024. But I digress. I was headed back to Gerber Collision and a rock smacked the windshield and crack. Called Safelite and then Enterprise on Garners Ferry Road.
They are busy with only two attendants. But, the guys here were very accommodating and professional and put me into a CR-V that was comfortable, clean and fun to drive. it served my purpose for two days and again, great customer service by Enterprise in the Greater Columbia, SC area. I am now a Preferred Enterprise member and that says it all!!!”

“I want to give this place 5 stars but I was a little taken back by their cleaning policy. They wanted you to vacuum it clean before return. I think this used to be an industry standard but seems antiquated and abnormal now. Overall a good experience.”
