“I cannot say enough about the consistently great customer service that I receive at this location from Tevin and his staff. He makes sure after every rental that I was satisfied and if there was anything that could’ve made the experience better. They contact me to confirm the rental in advance and when making last minute reservations would contact me to let me know in advance a car was not available. Other locations have just let me show up the day of with no rental. I’ll never go to another Columbia Enterprise location. Tevin and his staff are the best!”

“Would have been five stars, but I was supposed to receive a full size sedan per my insurance company but they only had a small SUV available. My kids were a little bit tight in the backseat and would have been more comfortable in the full size sedan I was promised. Other than that, the process was streamlined, the employees were pleasant, and I experienced no problems with my rental vehicle.”
