“What a great place to go for a quick oil change, tires and alignment. Orlando and Aaron were quick to find out the plug to do my oil change was stripped ( due to another service facility)so they could not do a conventional oil change. Orlando tried to do from the top of the oil reservoir but could not be done. EOC ordered a new oil pan which came in at less then a week, went back to have installed this morning. Paul did tires, alignment and repair on oil pan. The whole establishment is clean, friendly and I highly recommend this business. Thank you gentlemen!”

“Broke down on highway and had vehicle towed to this location. Being from out of town I was at their mercy for repair. The manager Steve gave me his word everything would be fixed as soon as possible. Technician ran into a problem when installing new part as one of the bolts broke off when tightening. It caused a huge delay in getting the vehicle fixed but I must say they stayed well after closing time until it was done. If I wrote this review right away I may have been more critical however in retrospect sometimes things happen outside of their control. The best analysis of a business isn’t always when things go great. It’s when things don’t go well and what happens next. They came through on their end. Props on their end for caring for their customers enough to put themselves in your shoes. I would recommend them without reservation.”

“We love CCC. These guys are real pros and are well-versed in domestic and foreign cars. We've been taking our GM cars and truck and our Volvo here for many years. Besides repairs, we buy all our tires from Complete. We stopped asking in advance what a repair will cost, since we know we will get a fair price. They will not perform or suggest any unnecessary repairs. The "up front" guys Bill, Patrick, and Doug are extremely knowledgeable and are excellent at customer service. We recommend Complete without reservation!”
“I came by on Wednesday the 11th which is my birthday and was just looking to see if i could trade in my old car for a new one since other dealerships were giving me a hard time. My sales person Noah who just started on Monday the 9th was very knowledgeable of the cars and picked out the cars that had what i wanted in a new vehicle, I found my dream car a CX-30 it has what I need and more. The finance and sales associates were great to work with. I’m glad i could be Noah’s first sale in his first week and did an amazing job with everything from start to finish.”

“My car wouldn’t turn over and needed a battery same day. I called around 11:30am two body shops who said they’d do it by Thursday(two days later). This shop said they’d order the battery and have it done well before 2:30pm same day. I get there, they order the part and it arrives. It’s a dud, they immediately order another, the owner chats with me about stuff I didn’t know about with my car. Apparently my car needed 2 batteries and of course the labor cost brought the bill a little above $600. I knew I needed it and of course didn’t expect to spend $600 on my car. But he chats kindly about how this happened and how he’d take care of me. He ended up fixing something that another shop said would cost $400.
I’d definitely direct business to this body shop.”

This place was recommended to me by a friend after I first took my vehicle to the Dealership where I was very disappointed in the outcome with the service that was performed. I can not say enough positive things about Engine Menders. There were several employees whom I spoke with and they were all very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the specifics on what the issues were with it and how to best fix it. They even mentioned how the Dealership was careless on putting my car back together as there were several parts loose!!! I will only be taking my vehicle to Engine Menders from now on!
