“I went in to see what antifreeze I needed. The salesman showed me what kind needed for my car. The salesman and I were talking about the snow here compared to the snow they were getting up north. I was telling him about me living in Plattsburgh, NY, and come to find out he had been in service there! What a small world. Plattsburgh, NY, is 30 miles from the Canadian line. When it snowed there, you were probably going to be climbing out a window if you wanted to get out of your home. It was so nice to talk with someone who had lived in the same town so far away.”

As such they offered me a discount to take the open package which I was happy to receive. Then they were able to offer me some hand tools so that I could do the repair in the parking lot and stop losing antifreeze. Even let me a funnel to pour in additional antifreeze. “I chose this place because they were closest to where my car broke down and they had good ratings. I was very impressed with how quickly they got my car back to me and the price was much lower than I expected! My last repair at a body shop was one of the big name brands and it took weeks. At Adam’s I was done in a few days.
It turns out Adam’s had made a mistake in part of the repair, but they immediately fixed it and took responsibility.
