“Parker's has done two different body repair jobs for me and I have nothing but great things to say about them. 1) I hit a deer with our rental Ford Escape and did $9,000 damage to the front end and a year later when I turned the rental in the dealer said, "It says you hit a deer with this. Where?" They could not tell it had ever been wrecked. 2) My wife's silver SUV was hit in the side and had $3500 damage. “I went in to see what antifreeze I needed. The salesman showed me what kind needed for my car. The salesman and I were talking about the snow here compared to the snow they were getting up north. I was telling him about me living in Plattsburgh, NY, and come to find out he had been in service there! What a small world. Plattsburgh, NY, is 30 miles from the Canadian line. When it snowed there, you were probably going to be climbing out a window if you wanted to get out of your home. It was so nice to talk with someone who had lived in the same town so far away.”

“My truck started leaking antifreeze from a cracked plug. O'Reilly's help me find it on the Shelf in a variety pack that was open and missing some of the larger sizes that I did not need. As such they offered me a discount to take the open package which I was happy to receive. Then they were able to offer me some hand tools so that I could do the repair in the parking lot and stop losing antifreeze. Even let me a funnel to pour in additional antifreeze.
