Bixby on College is a modern, pet-friendly apartment complex near Clemson University. It offers a perfect location, close to downtown and within an easy walk to campus, bars, and great restaurants. The apartments are fully-furnished and the community is always clean. It features many great amenities including a pool, fitness center, gaming area, clubhouse, and study rooms. The on-site retail adds convenience. The staff is friendly, nice, and very accommodating, while maintenance is quick. The elevators and main entries are secure and controlled. It is a wonderful place to live and provides a great experience for the active student lifestyle.
Bixby is a really nice place to live and is just a short walk to the border of campus, which is perfect if you don't have a car or don't want to have to drive. The staff are always friendly & helpful, and maintenance is quick if you need to put in a request. The place is well-kept, and I would highly recommend.
