There was an issue with my car when purchased from another dealership (in NY), that dealership agreed to cover the cost at our local dealership (McDaniels). Ellery in the service department coordinated with the other dealership and took care of everything, I just had to bring the car in! Great customer service and overall great experience.”

“I’ve bought a few cars from Windsor auto since they opened and they have all lasted well through their years. It’s obvious that the people that wrote bad reviews don’t understand the concept of used cars; or, how there are no guarantees with any kind of machinery unless you buy brand new—even then I’ve personally never had a perfect phone, appliance or computer. Sounds like someone was mad bc they didn’t take care of their car and want someone to blame.”
“I bought a used Lexus SUV from Johnny about a month ago. Yes, it had some work I needed to do on it, but I think people should know when they they're buying a used car at a low price, as is, they're going to have to spend a little to fix it up. If I had wanted to have it all checked out first and didn't, that's on me. I just don't think they deserve such a low overall rating, it's a small dealership and they don't have a ton of bad cars sitting there that they're trying to push on anyone. I know it's frustrating when you get a used car and it has some issues, but at least you're not overpaying like at a lot of places, and they don't even charge the $500 closing fees and other nonsense that other places do. I'm satisfied would buy from them again. Don't let sour grapes reviews keep you from checking them out, that's just my opinion.”

“Mr Earl Murray expedited the process of me getting a vehicle by personally delivering it! I noticed some slight damage to the front which I did not see on the website. The sales manager and Mr Murray stayed late to make the sale. He offered to have it fixed and I explained I just didn't have time to come back. I offered a different option which was my small down payment back. No paperwork,just a handshake and I got my check today. We also agreed on a remote wich Mr Earl made sure he got and delivered that as well!!!”
