Love madewell. The staff on king street is a bit overbearing. Let me browse, please. I'll let you know if I need help after you've asked me multiple times if I need anything within the 5 minutes of my visit. I felt rushed and stressed to the point I bought jeans elsewhere.

Shopped jeans! It was amazing. Samantha was so helpful and nice.

Customer service was great, but the stock was limited and we couldn’t find the sizes we needed on overpriced jeans. Funny how the most common sizes are so under stocked. Also, door advertisement showed 40% off select men’s apparel, which turned out to be a 3foot coatrack with 15 XL shirts, I.e. the old bait and switch!
