“Interesting shop but I stopped in hoping to find the perfect Charleston souvenir for my friends and family and I left empty handed. They didn't have much more in that area beyond touristy mugs, magnets, and T-shirts with designs that probably interest older people more (boomers, old gen x). They have a ton of really cool gifts that aren't Charleston themed though, especially puzzles!!”

“Loved looking through the collection here. Very happy with the few things I found. I'd say the vintage/antique items far out weighed any of the modern items. That being said the modern stuff was nice and seemed like local artists and such. Prices were great in my opinion. I only spent $50 and walked out with 4 small items. I wish this was my first stop on our antiquing adventure but happy we found it eventually.”

“As someone who doesn’t terribly enjoy clothing shopping I gotta say I am so glad I was so uncomfortable I needed a new outfit today!! I wish I got the two employees names at the register, so sweet! Kitty was helping me on the floor, I walked out of there feeling on top of the world! The customer service in this store was nothing short of fantastic!!On another very important note, I expected to walk in see clothes I loved saw the price tag and not even try it on for that fact. Very reasonable especially for the location and living in 2023. Not only did I try on multiple things, but I bought three items I am very pleased with! Feelin’ cute and my wallet ain’t even mad about it!”

“A good selection and fair prices. We ended up getting lvp and they were really helpful with loading it onto the truck. When we realized the pallet weighed too much for the truck they unloaded half of it by hand so we could take it and come back for the other half. We were also able to return the extra boxes we didn't end up using no problem! Only reason I took off a star was their installers had one of the highest quotes of anyone we spoke to and a really long wait time, so we ended up not using them but I would go back if I ever needed more flooring supplies.”

“I went to Christian Michi looking for a wrap for my cocktail dress. The service I was given was impeccable. Although they didn’t have the perfect product for me, the salespeople searched every nook and cranny of the store trying to find something suitable. When they had exhausted all the possibilities, they did not give up. Cathy then took me over to another nearby store and helped me find exactly what I needed. I called my mother, and she was so excited and pleased. She has shopped at Christian Michi ever since.”

“We visited the store just before the holidays on a Saturday. The staff was open, warm and welcoming! They helped me purchase 2 Phobe chairs that I'm very excited to receive.I've read the reviews here about delivery. I can't speak about the delivery issues, as I was alerted of the long wait. The sales assistant were very clear that it was going to be quite a wait for shipment. They didn't try to sell the product and a bogus delivery date. They were very honest about how long it would take. The staff went above and beyond to help. Even, after my purchase, I had an issue with my email and they still eagerly helped resolve it.My entire experience was a positive one and I would return again! Thank You Charleston West Elm!”

I found two small chairs that could be used for both relaxing and dining - perfect dual use for his small multi- purpose living/dining room. The style was a perfect match for what I had in mind. The owner was very helpful and friendly and loaded the chairs in my vehicle (i.e. got them to fit!) I plan to go back to this shop because I know I will find more perfect pieces!”
