“I had to ship a lot of small and a few large items after my mother passed away. Unfortunately, I had to go on a Monday morning, which is apparently one of their busiest days. Meka Powe was so helpful and patient and took her time checking in with her bosses to make sure they could ship all the items. She was the only one in the store for over two hours and handled everybody coming in one after the other as best she could. This woman is a rockstar!
