“I tried to do the online selling and fb marketplace and bc of my anxiety I simply could not continue bc it was also so unproductive as people don't show up or "troll."I truly appreciate this place bc it's clean, neat orderly and the owner is so nice and gives very specific instructions- so there are no surprises . (Other consignments have not been like that for me) also- I love that she gives the option to donate if she's not going to resell. This is why I stopped consignment - tried online - then went back donation. I appreciate all the hard work they put into this business and I also love that it's a great service for the community and she serves the community! ❤️??”
“Absolutely positive experience. I had to drive to Ft. Jackson from Ft. Bragg to pick up the new AGAUs (because Ft. Bragg never restocks anything). The guy working the front register as well as the lady that helped me find my uniform components were amazing. Everything from checking my sizes to just having a very positive attitude. She even asked me what other components I needed for the uniform and had them ready for me when I got out of the dressing room. It was a very big change from the Ft. Bragg MCS where the employees seem like anytime they have to do their job it’s a huge inconvenience. I wish these people would be willing to relocate. Not even kidding.”

I had a emergency where my partner was in need of a last minute Tux and Granger Owings had us in and out in THIRTY minutes. All hands were on deck. They were professional, personable, had THE best environment, customer service was beyond impressive, and they made us feel as if it were a scene from Pretty woman. “Bought one of their hats on vacation and lost it when i came home while out boating. Tried to buy another online only to find out they no longer carried the one I had. I reached out to them and we were able to figure out the design/color using other hats and previous catalogs and they printed me a new one. Shipped the same day and I received it three days later. “First time I've been too this one. I live near Charleston, so I always go to the one at Northwoods. This one is more spacious, or at least seems so. All of the great Simply Southern items I love. Warning: shoddy cell/internet service in the store. Makes trying to turn on your card through an app difficult if not impossible inside the store.”

The store is well-organized and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.One of the best things about Ross is that you never know what you're going to find. The merchandise changes frequently, so there's always something new to see. I've found everything from designer dresses to high-end appliances at Ross, all for a fraction of the retail price.The fitting room in the front of the store had a funny smell, as the fitting rooms in the back were closed due to staffing shortages.”

“I don’t visit the store often, but AE has always been a staple in my wardrobe! Not just for the quality/fit, but for the customer service as well! I’ve been coming here for several years now, and have never been disappointed.The return policy is simple, and they even recycle old pairs of AE jeans! I found this out when I walked in today to trade in a 5 year old pair that was showing its age (i.e. a hole in the seat!), and got $10 off a new pair! I was able to walk out the store wearing them without a hitch, thanks to the assistance of two associates (didn’t catch their names).Gotta say, LOVE the redesign they did a few years back as well!”
