“Absolutely positive experience. I had to drive to Ft. Jackson from Ft. Bragg to pick up the new AGAUs (because Ft. Bragg never restocks anything). The guy working the front register as well as the lady that helped me find my uniform components were amazing. Everything from checking my sizes to just having a very positive attitude. She even asked me what other components I needed for the uniform and had them ready for me when I got out of the dressing room. It was a very big change from the Ft. Bragg MCS where the employees seem like anytime they have to do their job it’s a huge inconvenience. I wish these people would be willing to relocate. Not even kidding.”

“First time I've been too this one. I live near Charleston, so I always go to the one at Northwoods. This one is more spacious, or at least seems so. All of the great Simply Southern items I love. Warning: shoddy cell/internet service in the store. Makes trying to turn on your card through an app difficult if not impossible inside the store.”

“My significant other recently came out as non-binary to me. I’ve been wanting to take them out shopping because they mentioned being more on the feminine side than the masculine side.This was where they chose to go and I’m so glad. From the get go the two employees were friendly. I’ve been doing my partner’s makeup for when we go out and after a stop or two they feel uncomfortable and nervous, however after this stop I don’t think that happened. They found a few tops that they liked and to be sure the items fit my partner had to ask to use a fitting room. The employee, I believe D’Asia, was super friendly and complimented my partner’s hair. She opened the fitting room for us and offered to give us the bigger one if wanted since we had our babies with us.Before checking out, my partner was looking at the perfumes and colognes when D’Asia stopped and told us she was going to give us some samples to smell. She didn’t just hand them colognes to smell, and when they picked a perfume she happily got it off the shelf for them.I’m completely overwhelmed with how safe of a space it felt for my person and have so much gratitude for the employees we met today.”

“I don’t visit the store often, but AE has always been a staple in my wardrobe! Not just for the quality/fit, but for the customer service as well! I’ve been coming here for several years now, and have never been disappointed.The return policy is simple, and they even recycle old pairs of AE jeans! I found this out when I walked in today to trade in a 5 year old pair that was showing its age (i.e. a hole in the seat!), and got $10 off a new pair! I was able to walk out the store wearing them without a hitch, thanks to the assistance of two associates (didn’t catch their names).Gotta say, LOVE the redesign they did a few years back as well!”

“2022-12: Went in with a friend looking to find a hoodie and a baseball cap. Selection for a hoodie was okay, not much in women's, really, and the men's was more heavily focused on collegiate with a small selection and little variety. Somewhat "meh" for the baseball cap since most of the hats were trucker style and not what we were looking for. Nonetheless, the employees we interacted with pleasant and working hard. A handful of decent sale racks. Great selection of decals and high quality vinyl stickers (and more).”
