“This is an excellent Auto Repair Shop. I am in my "senior years" and I am very "picky" about repair shops for my vehicles. They have repaired both of my vehicles. I appreciate their method of getting service /repairs accomplished. They listen to your concerns and tell you what they would suggest getting done. They schedule your vehicle service / repair based on your convenience and their current work load. They don't rush the job and are very meticulous about getting the service / repair done right the first time. They stand by their work. They are very fair in their cost and don't add any "extra charges" to the repair bill. They communicate very well. They will give you a quote for the service / repair before they do it, so you can determine if this is acceptable to you. They are flexible and will try to help you within their very busy schedule. I took one of my vehicles to the dealership 4x and they couldn't figure out the problem. I went to Carpenters Auto Repair. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right the first time. I highly recommend this auto repair shop as they are a very trustworthy business.”

“Recently my wife and I were on our way out of town and my truck battery started acting up and we got off the interstate in the Columbia area and looked for a service shop. We found Shealy quickly with great 5 star reviews. I understand why as what we experienced was nothing short of exceptional customer service. We pulled in and Drew greeted me immediately and within a few seconds we had the hood up and he was performing some tests on my battery and charging system. He went the extra mile also to call a local parts shop just down the road to make sure they had a battery ready for me and let them know I was on my way. I can't thank Drew enough for his kind help to get us back on the road. You just don't find folks like that very often. If I lived in the Columbia area I'd be taking all my vehicles to Shealy. Highly recommended.”

“The easiest drop-off I have experienced with a U-Haul trailer during my 15+ trailer rentals. Kenny's Auto Supply has a large parking lot area. This allowed for easy maneuverability with the 6×12 trailer. Got it parked quickly, and he even had blocks already out there, which made it easy to finalize the security of the drop off. No hassle ?”
