My phone stopped working so I thought I had to buy a new one. I walked in and Alex fixed it within 30 seconds! Thankful for their kindness and knowledge!

Excellent service and the manager is Team went above and beyond to help me address what apparently was a complicated issue configuring my phone after a replacement they stayed on the line with me for almost an hour resolving an issue created by a non-Verizon store
