“All the way back to here because we needed better pillows and who has a better selection than Target? Yes, the bedding section here is excellent. And while I'm hopping Target, I needed a corkscrew and some nuts and a bottle of wine and before you know it, I'm up to $125. Oy vey. Full COVID protocols here with masks required, hand sanitizing stations and plexiglass at the registers, where "stand here" decals are placed on the floor to help with social distancing. “My new Apple Watch would not sync for cellular service with my iPhone. I spent over 5 hours with ATT support and tech service, who finally decided I needed a new SIM card and told me to go to the nearest ATT store. I went to the Bluffton store where the clerk sneered that a new SIM Would not solve the problem and that his store was only retail. He would not call ATT tech support, which had notes on my case. I then went to Best Buy in desperation, where I was fortunate enough to find Nyiah Jackson in the Mobile Phone department. She worked patiently for over an hour, calling ATT customer and tech support until she finally solved my problem. This is pure customer service at its finest!”

“We had a great experience with Easy-2-Own Furniture. We had put a deposit down on a Lane set at another furniture store and later found out it went out of business without any notice to us. Easy-2-Own Furniture had a note on the now defunct store to see them about furniture. We went over, spoke with Ed, the manager, and he empathized with us about the situation and said he was at a furniture show where Lane had a booth. He was able to get the Lane pieces we needed and gave us a very good price. We have been very happy with Ed and the service he provided to us.”
