terrible customer service. man at desk told me it wasn’t his fault i didn’t get a receipt in my previous visit to do an exchange. mind you, i purchased the item not even 24 hours ago. it just wasn’t the shade i had at home.

Walked in.. two employees standing behind register chatting away, they never greeted me.. but I didn’t mind because I knew exactly what I wanted, so I walked around the entire store and could not find what I was looking for.. so I interrupted the employees and ask if someone can help me find what I was looking for. They just pointed to the brand I was looking for and carry on talking.. about “her dad side is Portuguese” they never offered to help. I was looking for the Bare Mineral primer and I didn’t see it so I interrupted again and they said they don’t have as much inventory as the other Sephora stores…They never offered an alternative brand or try to upsell or anything. not friendly. Wont be going back.

I went on Veterans Day. If you are going to have a huge sale, you should have more than 4 cashiers. The line was 50 customers long, I counted.
