terrible customer service. man at desk told me it wasn’t his fault i didn’t get a receipt in my previous visit to do an exchange. mind you, i purchased the item not even 24 hours ago. it just wasn’t the shade i had at home.

I went on Veterans Day. If you are going to have a huge sale, you should have more than 4 cashiers. The line was 50 customers long, I counted.
