“We had a positive experience and the salesman was very helpful, however, the mattress he sold us is already no good after 2 years. My husband thinks he sold us the wrong mattress. We have an adjustable bed and he assured us it would be fine on an adjustable bed but now it humps up when you put the top up and it feels like the coils are sticking in your back. I used your warranty site yesterday and followed the video and the written words yet when I went to upload The pictures you started asking for more than what you told us to do.I am 73 years old My husband is 74.There is no way I was going to take the mattress off the bed again to try to find the tag on the box spring. It's an adjustable bed so you said I didn't need a picture, then you want a photo of the box. Spring labels or whatever from it. This is a lot more than what you asked and showed in your video and explanations in words. It was a different ball game once we got to showing you the pictures. I feel that you are going to tell me that you can't under the warranty cuz I didn't send the picture and take the whole better part again. I think you do it that way just so you don't have to replace the mattress which has shown in the pictures that I did take how bad it is after 2 years.Thank you for listeningCathy Whittaker”

“I first talked with Michael asking if the had any bakers racks/kitchen furniture. He showed me what they had, but it wasn't what I wanted or was too big. He introduced me to Dawn the outlet sales & Operations manager. Michael also told me on Thursdays they get more markdown furniture. She showed me what they had. I saw one I liked, but needed to take measurements in my kitchen. Dawn gave me her card before I left. On the way home I stopped by another furniture store. They had 1 bakers rack, but it was too big for my space. The sales associate said the don't carry a lot of kitchen furniture. She didn't seem interested in helping me. The next say I went back to Bob's with my measurements. Dawn had remembered me from the night before. The furniture fit my space, so I bought it. If I ever need another piece of furniture I'll check Bob's first. Excellent customer service.”

“I had a good discussion about what to order when I called to order by phone and received excellent assistance with ordering! I went to the store to confirm my order. They were wonderful to let me bring my dog in with me. She is a sweetheart and very obedient. I was able to complete my selection and ordering without worrying about my dog being left in the car on a dark evening! I am looking forward to receiving my new storage bench for my front entry!”

We have found the matress we got to be very comfortable (and my wife is 6 months pregnant, so comfortable is not always easy, lol).
