Showed me the best options (and not just the most expensive items on the floor) and patiently explained to me what I needed for my body type and sleep patterns. What a wonderful experience! “Wanted a new couch, with recliners and motor operation,the saleswoman - Mauria, was great, and showed me quite a few so I could see all my options. Less than an hour will be delivered on Thursday. Thanks so much for your help. The couch was defective right side pillows behind your legs started drooping, they replaced with the same couch. I hope to have better luck with this one. I was hoping to exchange for a different style & recliner. I did buy platinum insurance. But I was told once you sign for it, it is yours. It seems they break their own rules for some?? The new couch is having the same issue only it is on both sides the recliners with pillow/ cushions are starting to droop. I have only had 3 days just like the first one ??11/14 update: Currently have 2 messages in to service department since Saturday, still waiting for a call back”
