“It is so nice to be able to communicate so easily with a business across the country and get really nice service. I needed a small curtain accessory and was referred to Bristol Cushions. Their website gave me both an email address I could send a picture of the item I was looking for and a phone number for contacting a PERSON (so helpful in this day of no web only contact). They were so nice over such a small order. Now, the light will not get in and damage my upholstery. Thank you!”

Everything has been the highest quality. When an order confirmation comes in my email box, it never uses a "do not reply" email address. When I have a question or need to correct something, a real person always gets back to me. I am so glad I found this lovely small business with caring owners/artists.”
